When the environment is adapted to a person’s needs, the individual is able to approach/reach their destination.

While accessibility can be achieved by physical changes such as ramps and grab bars. Providing a TTY telephone or plain language materials can also increase accessibility for people with disabilities.

  • Deaf/Hard of Hearing Impairments
  • Blindness/Low Vision
  • Intellectual Disabilities
